RETURNS

Domestic Returns Policy:

  • Return Window: Must be requested within 100 days of the order date for a refund or store credit.
  • Label Expiration: Once a return label is created, you have 14 days to drop off the return at your local carrier. After 14 days, the label expires, and you'll need to contact Customer Service for a new one, which will result in a refund issued as store credit.
  • Return Fee: A $6 return shipping fee applies, deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you opt for store credit.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Additional Returns Guidelines:

  • Condition: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.
  • Packing Slip: Include the original order packing slip in your return package.
  • Order Separation: Do not combine returns from multiple orders; this will delay processing (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued).
  • Gift Card Purchases: Refunds for orders made with a gift card will be issued back to the same gift card.
  • Return Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • APO/FPO Returns: allisandro cannot create return labels for APO/FPO addresses due to customs requirements.

International Returns:

  • Accepted: International returns are accepted.
  • Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from Allisandro. If you need to return an item, we're here to help make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please follow the steps below to request a return:

Step 1: Contact Us

Before initiating a return, please send an email to hello@allisandro.com. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Providing this information will help us process your request more efficiently.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Label

Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review the information and, if approved, will send you a return label via email. Please check your email (including the spam/junk folder) for the return label from Allisandro.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  • Ensure all tags are attached and the item is in its original condition.
  • Affix the return label securely to the outside of the package.

Step 4: Drop Off Your Package

Take your package to the local carrier indicated on the return label. We recommend keeping a receipt of the return shipment for your records.

  • Return Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will conduct an inspection to determine if the return is accepted or declined. You will be notified of the decision within 7 business days from the date the return tracking information indicates the item was delivered.

  • Refund Processing: If your return is accepted, we will process your refund and apply it to the original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
